How does it work?

Pick a day and time
Choose a slot from the calendar. We show every time in Turkish time and in your own time zone, so you never wait at the wrong hour.

We send the link
WhatsApp video, Zoom or Google Meet — whichever you choose, we send the link by email and WhatsApp before the meeting.

We talk for 30 minutes
Ask your questions, tell us about your property. This isn't a sales pitch; what we explain is what we check and how.

You get a written quote
Within 24 hours of the meeting we send a written summary of what we discussed, along with the price.
What do we cover?
- Where your property is, how big it is and what it has: pool, garden, how many floors, how old
- What worries you most: flooding, damp, break-ins or pests
- How often it should be checked: monthly or fortnightly — which one your property needs
- The key protocol: who holds the key, who enters, how every entry is recorded
- Which package suits you, and the approximate monthly figure
- How the contract, payment and reporting work remotely
During the meeting we'll open the package comparison and a sample inspection report on your screen and go through them together.
What do you need?
- A phone or a computer — either is fine
- No app to install; clicking the link is enough
- You don't have to turn your camera on, audio-only is fine
- A few photos of the property help if you have them, but they're not required
Which language will we speak?
Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic. You choose your native language when you request the meeting, and someone who speaks it joins the call. It's a real person, not machine translation.
Free, and not binding
We don't charge for the meeting, we don't ask for card details, and we don't expect a signature at the end of it. You're entirely free to listen and walk away.
Does an online meeting replace the survey?
No — they're different things. The online meeting is for getting to know each other and planning; the survey is the physical inventory taken inside the property. If you can't be there because you're not in Turkey, that's not a problem: we carry out the survey on key handover and send you the full photographic record.

In your own language
You don't need to speak Turkish or English
Just state your native language on the survey request form. We bring an interpreter who speaks it to the meeting — and we don't charge you for it.
- Choose your native language on the request form; we come to the survey with an interpreter who speaks it.
- The interpreter is free of charge and is never added to your quote or monthly fee.
- All your inspection reports are produced in your native language.
- WhatsApp messages and urgent notifications are handled in the same language.
