1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit save on your device. They are used to make the site work, to remember your preferences and to measure usage statistics.
2. The cookie types we use
- — Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to work and cannot be turned off. Remembering your cookie preference falls into this category.
- — Analytics cookies: measure anonymously how much each page is read. They run only with your consent.
- — Marketing cookies: used for advertising measurement. They run only with your consent.
3. The default preference
The cookie banner shown on your first visit offers two options: 'Necessary only' and 'Accept all'. Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies run — silence is not treated as consent.
4. Changing your preference
You can reset your cookie preference and see the banner again by clearing the site data in your browser. You can block cookies entirely in your browser settings; in that case some parts of the site may not work properly.
5. Other data collected
When you complete the appointment form we collect your name, telephone, email and property details. The processing of this data is explained in the Data Protection Notice. Form data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
