Delivery and Refund Terms

Our cancellation and refund terms are written as plainly as possible, so that you know in advance what happens in each situation.

This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish text of these documents prevails.

1. How the service is delivered

  • — There is no physical shipment: the service is performed at your property, at the address stated in the contract
  • — For subscriptions, the first visit takes place within 5 business days of the payment being approved
  • — Later visits are scheduled at the frequency stated in your package; the date is notified in advance
  • — The photo report for each visit is sent by email and WhatsApp within 6 hours of the visit ending
  • — For one-off services, delivery is complete once the service is performed on the agreed day and time

2. Subscription cancellation

  • — There is no commitment; you can cancel your subscription at any time
  • — If you paid for a year up front, the unused months are refunded
  • — Notice of cancellation can be given by email or WhatsApp; written confirmation is sent
  • — Visits already made in the month of cancellation are not refunded; visits not made are refunded pro rata
  • — After cancellation you may collect your keys from our office immediately; if you ask for delivery to your address, they are returned against a written record within one calendar day at most, depending on your location

3. One-off service cancellation

  • — Can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service day, with a full refund
  • — For cancellations within 48 hours, 25% of the fee is retained as an organisation charge
  • — If the team travels to the property but cannot gain access (key, code or door problem), 50% of the fee is charged

4. Cancellations on our side

If we cancel a visit or cannot make it on the planned schedule, the visit is made up within the same billing period. If that is not possible, the value of that visit is credited against the next invoice.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are made by the same method as the payment and within 14 days. How long a refund to a credit card takes to appear depends on your bank.

6. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied within the first month, you may terminate the agreement by telling us why. In that case the value of the visits already made is charged and the balance is refunded.
