2. Personal data processed
- — Identity data: first name, surname
- — Contact data: telephone, email, address
- — Customer transaction data: service requests, package details, appointment records
- — Financial data: invoice and payment records (card details are not stored by us)
- — Visual data: property photographs and visit camera recordings taken as part of the service
- — Location data: GPS stamp for visit verification
- — Transaction security data: IP address and strictly necessary cookie records
3. Purposes of processing
- — Formation and performance of the service contract
- — Running the survey appointment and quotation process
- — Preparing inspection reports and delivering them to you
- — Quality assurance and evidence in the event of a dispute

4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 on the grounds of formation and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest; commercial electronic messages are sent solely on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary for performance of the service and with the required security measures in place, with our hosting provider, payment institution, accounting service provider and competent public authorities. Your property address and photographs are not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Criminal record checks on staff and tradespeople
The criminal record and archive check for every officer who will enter your property is obtained by us on recruitment and at regular intervals, and is held by us. The same applies to tradespeople and service personnel who will work at your property even though they are not employed by us.
Under Article 6 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK), a criminal record is special-category personal data. For that reason the certificate itself is not sent to you; you are told only the officer's name, their staff number and that the criminal record check has been completed. Certificates are produced to the authorities on lawful request.
This data is processed solely to ensure the security of the service, is not shared with third parties, and is destroyed at the end of the retention period.
7. Retention periods
- — Visit camera recordings: 30 days
- — Inspection reports and property photographs: contract term + 2 years
- — Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (as required by Turkish tax and commercial law)
- — Appointment request records: 1 year
- — Commercial message consent records: 3 years from withdrawal of consent
8. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request erasure or destruction, to object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis by automated systems alone, and to claim compensation if you suffer loss.
