Across the Alanya–Kaş coast we check holiday homes on their owners' behalf, maintain them and report on every visit.
Why this business exists
Along the Alanya–Kaş coast, tens of thousands of homes stand empty eight months of the year. Most of their owners are out of town or abroad. When something goes wrong, they find out when the bill arrives or when they come on holiday. By then a small leak has become a major renovation.
Why we show evidence
The biggest obstacle in this sector isn't price, it's trust. People don't want a stranger in their home — and they are right. So instead of telling, we show: the video of a real visit, a real report in full, our staff screening and our key protocol, published openly.
What we don't do
We don't write fake references — the testimonials section stays off the site until we have real clients who have given permission. We don't use stock photography. We don't hide our prices. And on WhatsApp you get a real person, not a bot.

One legal entity, one point of contact
The contract, the invoice and the payment all run through a single company. The trading name, registered address, tax office and number and MERSIS details are set out in the company details at the bottom of this page.
Every visit on record
Visits are filmed and end with a photo report. The report reaches you by email and WhatsApp within 6 hours of the visit ending, and no expense is incurred without your approval.
Fixed price, no minimum term
The figure in your contract does not change for at least 12 months. Paying monthly involves no commitment; you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Five languages
You can write and speak to us in Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic; an interpreter is arranged on request where needed.
