3. Total price
- — The price shown in the order summary is the total price including VAT
- — For subscription services the fee recurs monthly, with no minimum term
- — If you choose to pay for a year up front, a 5% discount applies
- — In long-distance areas, the travel supplement is shown as a separate line
- — Repair labour and materials are not invoiced without your prior approval
4. Payment and performance
Payment is made by credit/debit card or transfer through a contracted payment institution. Foreign cards are accepted. Performance of the service begins within 5 working days at the latest after payment is confirmed.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days before performance of the service begins. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with your consent. Details are on the Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery and Refund Terms pages.
6. Complaints and applications
You may send complaints through the contact channels given on the site. If no resolution is reached, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
